After the original date of request and up to 24 hours you are entitled to a cancellation free of charge.

After 24 hours from the date of request you are obligated to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Less then 72 hours from the time of event/reservation, full amount of payment is due.

Itemized billing to your corporate credit card.
If you choose this method, we will bill services performed to your corporate credit card (pre-authorized). We will maintain the list you provide of pre-authorized users and/or departments to approve each charge through our order verification system.

Net 30 Billing
All reservations our secured with your corporate card. The card will not be charged, so long as the bill is paid in full within the invoice terms.

50/50 Billing
Based upon credit approval, we will accept a deposit of 50% of the estimated costs, five days prior to service, with the balance due in 30 days.
